Camera-ready Preparation

Page format of camera ready version is same as the first submitted version.

The length of the paper should not exceed the limit (6 pages) and should not be longer than your submitted version. An electronic, PDF-based submission of papers is mandatory.

Note
One of the authors should register to the conference by camera-ready due, otherwise the paper will not be included in the final proceedings.

Preparation of Camera-ready Versions

Print the ICMU-Formt.pdf file, and follow the instructions for in preparing your manuscript. Your paper will appear in the published volume in exactly the submitted format. Please adhere strictly to the 2-column 10 point format. Papers must not exceed 6 pages in length. Reproduction will be in black and white, with grayscale rendition of graphics.

Download the LaTeX2e or Microsoft WordTM sample documents provided below if you have these programs. The files will assist you for preparing your manuscript. Please compare your final paper copy to the sample provided, to ensure that your paper has the same format (fonts, margins, styles).

Copy right assignment contract

In accordance with the "IPSJ Guideline for the Preparation of Manuscripts" and "IPSJ Copyright Guidelines", the copyright for your paper will pass to the IPSJ at the time the final manuscript reaches the program comittee.

Plase print out the copyright guidlines of IPSJ below, and complete and sign the form at the last page. At completion, please return it to the program comittee by facsimile (+81-6-6850-6609). If you cannot use facsimile or you encountered some trouble sending the form, please send an e-mail to icmu2005-hq@ishilab.net.

If there are more than one authors, one of the authors authorized by all the other authors may sign on behalf of all the authors.

If, for a special reason, you cannot agree to the assignment of the copyright or there is a partial limitation, please so inform in writing.

Sending Camera-ready version

Please post the PDF file of your paper in our conference registration site following the instructions in Abstract Submission Procedure.

Authors are also requested to send the copyright transfer form by facsimile. Don't forget to register to the conference by the camera-ready due!
