Registration and Hotel Reservation

You can register the conference and reserve your hotel room at the coference registration site.

Registration Fee and Deadline

• Each registration fee includes a banquet ticket and a copy of proceedings.
• At the registration desk in the venue, student participants will be requested to show the evidence of their student status, such as the ID card. Without an evidence, he/she will be charged a full registration fee.
• The due dates for registrations are as follows:

  Author Registration

  February 28, 2005

  Early Registration

  March 15, 2005

  On-line Registration

  April 10, 2005

• On-line registration will be closed automatically on April 10, 2005 (JST).

To Authors

At least one of the authors must register to the conference by the camera-ready due (Feb. 28), otherwise the paper will not be included in the final program. Student registration is permitted if the presenter is a student.

For authors to present more than two papers, we will request an additional registration fee. A registration fee is required every two accepted papers.

The deadline of the author registration is Feb. 28, 2005. The authors can also submit the camera-ready version of their papers at the "Abstract Submission Page" in the registration site.
